Constructed in 1901, the nationally recognized historic building was renovated in 1998 to bring new life by transforming the former elementary school that operated until 1982 to Washington School Apartments.  Conveniently located, residents are close to banking and medical facilities, shopping, community services and social agencies, including easy access to the public transportation system.

Being on the waiting list does not obligate the applicant to anything, nor does it guarantee eligibility or that a unit will be offered.  It simply means the applicant will be contacted when their name comes up.
